3. Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and receipt of payment confirmation. Access to course materials, live classes, and digital resources is granted solely to the registered student and must not be shared with others. i² Aspire reserves the right to modify course schedules, batch timings, faculty assignments, or curriculum structure as necessary to maintain academic standards and operational efficiency.

4. Fees and Payment

All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated during enrollment. Payments can be made through approved payment methods available on our platform or at our center. Once payment is completed, a confirmation receipt will be issued to the student or parent. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access to classes or learning materials until the outstanding balance is cleared.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and users are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward faculty members, staff, and fellow students at all times. Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, harassment, misuse of platform features, or violation of academic integrity, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from the program without refund.

8. Use of Learning Materials

All study materials, recorded lectures, notes, assessments, and other educational resources provided by i² Aspire are the intellectual property of Berylite Academy. These materials are intended solely for personal academic use by enrolled students and must not be copied, distributed, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission. Unauthorized distribution of learning content may result in legal action.

9. Technology and Platform Usage

Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary devices, internet connectivity, and software required to access online classes and digital resources. While i² Aspire strives to provide reliable technology services, occasional technical interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. The institution will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but shall not be liable for temporary disruptions beyond its control.

Students may be required to participate in regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations as part of their academic program. These assessments are designed to monitor progress and improve learning outcomes. Results and feedback provided by the institution are intended for academic guidance and may not be used as a guarantee of examination success.

i² Aspire and Berylite Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including academic results, examination outcomes, or career opportunities. While we are committed to delivering high-quality education, individual performance depends on multiple factors such as effort, attendance, and personal commitment.
